Understanding the Wishlist Feature

Overview
Our Wishlist feature allows recipients to save their favorite items from our catalog, helping them feel seen, appreciated, and excited about future recognition. This also gives senders insight into what gifts will be most meaningful—making every send more personal and impactful.
How It Works (For Recipients)
Recipients can create and update their Wishlist at any time by logging into their Caroo profile. Here’s how:
- Log in to your account
- Browse gifts across collections
- Click the 💛 icon to add any item to your Wishlist
- You can view or edit your Wishlist anytime under your profile settings
Wishlists are editable at any time—they won’t trigger a send or lock in a gift.
How It Works (For Admins & Senders)
As a sender, you can view your team’s Wishlists when placing an order, helping you select gifts that are truly aligned with their preferences.
- If you’re using Recipient Choice, recipients can choose from a curated collection regardless of Wishlist.
- If you’re using Sender Choice, Wishlists can help you manually select gifts your team will love.
- Viewing Wishlists is available within the order creation flow or via user profile exports.
