Understanding Holiday Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines may vary based on:

  • Gift type (Sender Choice vs. Recipient Choice)
  • When recipients complete required information (address and/or gift selection)
  • Shipping destination
  • Carrier delays related to weather or holiday volume

Recipient Choice Orders

For gift experiences where recipients choose their gift and/or confirm their shipping address, delivery timing is based on when the recipient completes their selection, not the date the sender initiates/generates the gift link.
