With increased holiday order volume, some items may become unavailable with little notice. When an item goes out of stock, we work quickly to provide a replacement option so your gift is still delivered on time.
How We Handle Out-of-Stock Items
If a selected gift becomes unavailable after you or your recipient has chosen it:
- We’ll notify the recipient or sender via email.
- We’ll share comparable replacement options.
- Once a selection is made, the replacement will ship immediately.
