Navigating Your Dashboard

Your dashboard is the central hub of your platform experience. It’s where you can view recent activity, send gifts, manage recipients, and track program impact—all in one place.

This guide will walk you through each section and help you understand what lives where.

🖥️ Main Dashboard Overview

When you first log in, you'll land on the Dashboard tab. Here you’ll see:

Recent activity – a snapshot of your most recent gifts sent, received, or scheduled
Quick actions – shortcuts to send a gift, upload contacts, or create a group
Upcoming milestones – view upcoming birthdays, anniversaries, or scheduled sends (if enabled)

📁 Contacts Tab

This is where you manage your recipients and team members.

Use this tab to:

Upload new recipients (via CSV or manual entry)
Organize recipients into groups
View Care Profiles and Wishlists
Edit contact info or gift preferences

📦 Orders Tab

Track every gift you’ve sent.

Here you can:

View sent, scheduled, or in-progress orders
Filter by date, status, campaign, or group
Resend gift links or download order history
Click into each order for full details (gift type, recipient info, delivery status)

💌 Gratitude Tab

Here you’ll find real-time feedback from recipients, including:

Thank-you notes
Gift ratings or sentiment (if enabled

✉️ eCards Tab

Send quick, personal messages with or without a gift.
You can:

Browse card designs
Add a personal message
Send instantly or schedule for later

👤 Profile & Account Settings

Access your profile via the dropdown in the top right.
