How to Invite Team Members
Help your team set up Care Profiles, Wishlists, and preferences—so every gift feels personalized.
Even if your team isn’t ready to send recognition yet, inviting members early gives them the chance to set up their Care Profiles, Wishlists, and preferences—which ensures better, more meaningful gifting experiences later on.
🛠️ How to invite a team member
- Go to the Contacts tab
- Click “Add Recipient” or “Invite Team Member”
- Enter the team member’s:
- Name
- Email address
- Assign them to a Contact Group (optional—e.g., “Engineering,” “New Hires,” “Anniversaries”)
- Click Send Invite
💡 Your teammate will receive an email with a link to complete their Care Profile and Wishlist.
💡 What they’ll be asked to complete
Once they accept the invitation, they’ll be guided through:
- Care Profile – sharing how they prefer to be recognized (RecognitionDNA), dietary needs, interests, and preferences
- Wishlist – selecting gifts they’d love to receive
- Shipping/contact details – to ensure smoother delivery

- Use groups like “New Hires” or “Pending Onboarding” to stay organized
- Periodically remind team members to complete or update their profiles
