How to Complete Your Team Onboarding
Set your team up for success with these quick onboarding steps.
Getting started with the platform is simple—and a few quick setup actions will help you and your team send meaningful recognition with confidence. This guide walks you through the key steps to get your account ready.
🧭 Step 1: Set up your own account
- Log in using the invite link or credentials provided
- Complete your Care Profile to personalize your own experience
- (Optional) Add items to your Wishlist
👥 Step 2: Add your recipients
- Go to the Contacts tab
- Upload a CSV list or add recipients manually
- Organize contacts into groups for easy gifting (e.g. Birthdays, Departments, Q3 Campaign)
🎁 Step 3: Send your first recognition
- Navigate to the Dashboard
- Click Send a Gift
- Choose a gift type (e.g. Recipient Choice, digital card)
- Personalize your message
- Send immediately or schedule it for a future date
🔄 Step 4: Explore your gifting tools
Get familiar with:
- Orders tab – to track gift status
- Gratitude tab – to view thank-you notes and feedback
- Care Profiles & Wishlists – to personalize future gifting
- eCards – for lightweight moments of recognition
📣 Step 5: Invite your teammates
- Go to the Contacts tab or your profile dropdown
- Use the “Invite Team Member” button
- Team members will receive a direct email invitation to join
