Understanding Branded Recipient Experience

How to deliver a digital gifting experience that reflects your brand.

The Branded Recipient Experience allows you to infuse your company’s identity into every step of the recipient journey—from the moment they receive their email to when they select a gift. This digital experience is designed to be seamless, professional, and uniquely you.

  • Log into your account
    Go to app.caroo.com and log in as an admin.

  • Navigate to Branding Settings
    Click your name in the upper-right corner, then select "Billing & Settings""Branded Experience".

    • Add your logo (PNG/JPG format recommended).

    • Select your brand color (used for CTA buttons and accent styling).

    • Upload your brand assets

  • Preview your experience

  • Save your changes
    All future open orders will automatically reflect the most recent branded setup.

📬 What Recipients Will See

  • A branded email prompting them to claim or verify their gift
  • A personalized landing page that reflects your logo and colors
  • Optional messaging that reinforces your company’s tone or occasion
⚠️ Important Notes
  • Only one branded experience can be live at a time. Any updates you make will reflect across all open orders.

  • Recipients choosing a gift during overlapping order windows will always see the most recently saved branding.

🛠️ Troubleshooting

Branding isn’t appearing correctly

  • Ensure files are uploaded in the proper format and size.
  • Clear cache or refresh preview if changes aren’t showing.

Recipients didn’t receive the branded email

  • Double-check email accuracy.
  • Ask them to check spam/junk folders.
