We want every recipient to love their experience. While we’re unable to offer exchanges once a gift is chosen, we’re always here to help if something arrives damaged or incorrect, and will make it right quickly.
What Happens if There’s an Issue With My Gift?
While we can’t provide exchanges based on preference, we’re always happy to help if something arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective.
We can assist if:
- Your item arrives damaged or missing pieces
- The incorrect product is delivered
- There is a quality issue that prevents normal use
Why We Don’t Offer Exchanges
To ensure a fast gifting experience and maintain accuracy during high order volume, gifts are processed and shipped quickly after selection. This means we’re unable to retrieve or redirect items once they’re in progress.
