How to Upload and Manage Recipients
Easily upload your team, organize contacts, and prepare for seamless gifting.
Before you send a gift, you'll need to add your recipients. Whether you're recognizing a single person or managing a full campaign, uploading and organizing your contacts helps ensure smooth, personalized recognition.
🛠 How to upload recipients
You can add recipients in two ways:
✅ Option 1: Upload a CSV file

Go to the Contacts tab

Click Upload Contacts

Download the sample CSV template (recommended)

Fill in recipient details: Name, Email, Group (optional), etc.

Upload your file and confirm the field mapping

Click Submit and wait for confirmation
💡 Tip: Include a group name in your CSV to segment recipients by team, location, or campaign.
✅ Option 2: Add recipients manually

Navigate to the Contacts tab

Click Add Recipient

Enter first name, last name, and email address

Assign them to a group (optional)

Click Save
📂 Organizing recipients with groups
Groups help you:

Send bulk gifts (e.g., birthdays, work anniversaries)

Track campaigns by department or location

Schedule recurring gifting moments
You can create and manage groups in the Contacts tab or directly during gift setup.
🔄 Editing or updating recipient info

Click on any recipient's name to view their profile

Update contact details, preferences, or group assignments

If a recipient completes their Care Profile or Wishlist, their preferences will auto-populate

Use descriptive group names (e.g. “Q3 Birthdays,” “Sales Team – East”)

Encourage recipients to fill out their profiles for better gift personalization

Keep your CSV clean—watch for extra spaces, missing emails, or formatting issues
