Whether you’re recognizing a work anniversary, welcoming a new hire, or simply saying thank you, sending a gift is simple and streamlined. This guide walks you through how to send a gift to one person or many—all from your dashboard.


✨ What types of gifts can you send?

  1. Recipient Choice Gifts – let recipients select from a curated collection
  2. Sender Choice Gifts – choose something specific to ship
  3. Digital Gift Cards – send instant rewards directly to their inbox
  4. eCards – add a personal message with or without a gift

🛠 Step-by-Step: How to Send a Gift

✅ Option 1: Send a Sender Choice Gift or Recipient Choice gift

  1. Go to the Dashboard and click Send a Gift
  2. Choose the gift collection or specific item you’d like to send
  3. Enter your recipient’s name and email
  4. Add a personal message (optional)
  5. Review the gift details and click Send

✅ Option 2: Send a gift to a group

  1. Navigate to the Gift of your choosing and Select
  2. Click One Time gift
  3. Upload or select your recipient list
  4. Customize your message or use a template
  5. Review and confirm your order

📅 Can I schedule a gift for later?

Yes! You can choose to send now or schedule for a future date during the final step. This is great for birthdays, holidays, or onboarding gifts.
