  • Recipient Choice Gifts – let recipients select from a curated collection

  • Digital Gift Cards – send instant rewards directly to their inbox

  • Physical Gifts – choose something specific to ship

  • eCards – add a personal message with or without a gift

🛠 Step-by-Step: How to Send a Gift

✅ Option 1: Send a gift to one recipient

  1. Go to the Dashboard and click Send a Gift

  2. Select Individual Gift

  3. Choose the gift collection or specific item you’d like to send

  4. Enter your recipient’s name and email

  5. Add a personal message (optional)

  6. Review the gift details and click Send

✅ Option 2: Send a gift to a group

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard or Contacts tab

  2. Click Send to a Group

  3. Upload or select your recipient list

  4. Choose your gift type and collection

  5. Customize your message or use a template

  6. Review and confirm your order

📅 Can I schedule a gift for later?

Yes! You can choose to send now or schedule for a future date during the final step. This is great for birthdays, holidays, or onboarding gifts.
