Credit Distribution for International Recipients
What happens if international recipients don’t act during the gift window.
International team members now follow the same process as all other recipients — there’s no separate verification window or credit issued.
🌍 How It Works
- Every recipient, including those outside the U.S., receives a unique link to claim their gift.
- The link remains active for one year from the date the gift email is sent.
- During that time, recipients can claim their gift at any point.
If a recipient doesn’t select a gift within that timeframe, the link automatically expires, and no credit or refund is issued.
✉️ Sender Flexibility
Senders can resend the gift email at any time if a recipient hasn’t redeemed their gift yet:
- Go to the order in your dashboard.
- Find the recipient’s name or email.
- Click “Resend email” to send them their selection link again.
This can be done as often as needed during the one-year claim period.
💡 Tips for International Recipients
- If a recipient’s country doesn’t support a particular item or vendor, they’ll see available options that can ship to their region.
- Always confirm the email address is correct — if the gift email can’t be delivered, contact support to update it.
- Encourage recipients to select their gift promptly so fulfillment isn’t impacted by product availability or seasonal shipping delays.
