Credit Distribution for International Recipients

What happens if international recipients don’t act during the gift window.

Overview

If an international team member doesn’t complete the required steps—such as providing an address for Sender Choice gifts or selecting an item during Recipient Choice—they will automatically receive a credit once the gift window closes.

This ensures that all team members, regardless of location, have the opportunity to redeem a meaningful gift—even if they miss the original selection period.

✅ How It Works

  • Sender Choice:
    If no address is provided, a credit will be issued after the selection window ends.

  • Recipient Choice:
    If the recipient does not select a gift within the timeframe, they will receive a credit by default.
