Ensure Every ECard Message Reaches the Recipient
How to ensure your recipient feels the love
If you or someone on your team is having trouble seeing their message on a shared eCard, it might be due to one common step getting missed:
Each collaborator must click the “Add Tile” button after typing their note.
If this step is skipped, the message won’t be saved or included in the final eCard.
You can be confident your message is sent when it's shown as follows:

After clicking "Add", your message should appear below the text box with your name attached. If you don’t see it there, try adding it again.

While mobile is supported, we recommend using a desktop browser for the smoothest experience when collaborating on eCards.

If you’re coordinating a large group eCard, send a quick reminder asking teammates to check the card and confirm their message is visible!
