Why do I have to add my credit card to redeem my credit?

Most of our orders allow details to be edited after being placed, such as changing the number of recipients or delivery addresses, all of which can impact the total order cost.

Because of this, we require a credit card on order checkout in case of additional costs incurred, however, please rest assured that so long as your order total after tax remains under the credit amount you have that your credit card will not be charged!
