How to Track Your Gift After You Submit

Wondering where your gift is? Here's how to follow its journey from send to delivery.

Once you’ve claimed or submitted your gift, you can track its status at any time—no need to guess where things stand. Here’s how it works:

🚚 Where to find tracking info

  1. Check your email
    After your gift is submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If tracking is available, it will be included in that message.

  2. Set up An Account

    Create an account using the same email used to send you your gift link!. If tracking is available, you’ll see a “Track Your Gift” button or shipment details right on the page.

  3. Watch for updates
    You’ll get follow-up emails when:

  • Your gift has shipped
  • It has been delivered

If your gift is a digital gift card, you will receive the code shortly after submission—no physical tracking needed.

🧠 What affects tracking availability?

Not all gifts include tracking. Here’s when you might not see tracking:

  • Your gift is still processing
  • It’s being fulfilled by a vendor that doesn’t provide real-time tracking
  • It’s a digital item (like an eCard or gift card)

🛠️ Didn’t receive tracking?

Here’s what to try:

  • Check your spam or promotions folder
  • Make sure you completed the shipping step
  • If your gift was pre-selected and fulfilled automatically, it may be en route without manual steps
