Where can I track my gift as a recipient?

We know you're anxiously awaiting your gift's arrival - let's get you a status update!

Caroo and our partners take pride in getting gifts to our recipients as quickly as possible. Your gift should ship within 3-5 business days, and you can find your tracking one of two ways:

1. Via email - Caroo will typically send you status updates when your gift is on its way! Please be on the lookout for any emails from care@caroo.com for tracking updates!

2. via your account - you can log in to your account at any time to view the status of your box! Once logged in, select your orders page, and you can find tracking here if your box is on it's way!

If for some reason it's been longer than 5 business days and you're still not seeing tracking, contact our Care Team at care@caroo.com, and we can assist in getting this to you!
