Accessing Your Receipts

How to find and download receipts for your recognition orders.

You can easily access and download receipts for any order placed through your admin account.

📄 Step-by-Step: How to Find Your Receipts

  1. Log in to your Admin Account

  2. Navigate to the “Orders” Tab
    You'll see a list of all your past and current orders.

  3. Locate the Order
    Find the specific order you’d like a receipt for.

  4. Click the Three Dots (⋯)
    These appear to the right of each order entry.

  5. Select “View Receipts”
    This opens the full receipt view for that order.

  6. Download as Needed
    Use your browser's download option or print the receipt for your records.

✅ Good to Know

  • Receipts include a breakdown of spend and line items.
  • Only admin accounts have access to the “View Receipts” option.
