Once the gift window closes, recipients who haven’t completed their selection will automatically receive a credit. This ensures they still have an opportunity to redeem a meaningful recognition experience—even if they missed the original deadline.
The system sends them an email the day after your gift window closes, letting them know their credit is available and ready to use. They can then browse and redeem it at their convenience.
