What’s in a Care Profile?

Your profile may include:

• Gift Preferences: Let your team know the kinds of gifts you actually enjoy—like candles, coffee, snacks, wellness, or tech.
• Personal Details: Share dietary restrictions, favorite colors, interests, or fun facts.
• RecognitionDNA: A short quiz that helps reveal how you most like to be recognized (e.g., public praise, thoughtful notes, surprise gifts).
• Important Dates: Add your birthday or work anniversary so your team never misses a moment to celebrate you.

Who can see my Care Profile?

Only members of your team or group who have permission to send recognition will see your Care Profile. It’s never shared publicly and is used solely to help personalize your experience.

How is my Care Profile used for recognition?

When someone goes to recognize you—whether with a gift, an eCard, or a shoutout—your Care Profile helps them choose something you’ll truly appreciate. It also ensures your gifts align with your preferences and needs.

Where can I update my Care Profile?

You can access and update your Care Profile at any time by following these steps:

1. Go to your dashboard.
2. Click your name or avatar in the top-right corner.
3. Select Care Profile from the dropdown menu.
4. Edit any section — Gift Preferences, Personal Details, Recognition Preferences, or Important Dates.
5. Click Save to apply your changes.
