Understanding Gift Card Statuses

Track the progress of every gift card—sent and delivered—with a simple status overview.

What “Delivered” means
Once a gift card is sent to a recipient’s email, the status in your dashboard will show as Delivered. This confirms that the email was successfully sent and did not bounce.

Redemption isn’t tracked
Unlike physical gifts, gift card redemptions are not tracked in the system. The status won’t update when a recipient opens the email or uses the card.

What to do if a recipient didn’t receive it
If someone can’t find their gift card, we recommend:

  • Double-checking that their email address was entered correctly

  • Asking them to search their inbox (including spam, promotions, and updates folders)

  • Resending the email from your dashboard
