How to Send an eCard

Deliver a quick, thoughtful message of appreciation—no gift required (but you can add one if you want).

 

eCards are a fast and thoughtful way to celebrate a teammate, recognize great work, or simply say thanks. You can send one solo or invite collaborators to join your message—and you have the option to add a gift card or Recipient Choice gift.

🛠️ How to send an eCard

  1. Navigate to the eCards tab (or click Send an eCard from your Dashboard)

  2. Add your recipient information, what day you'd like it sent, and what the occasion is!

  3. On the next page, you can choose to add a variety of details:

    • Primary Message 
    • Custom Branding (*can be selected if you have a personalized membership or other paid membership tier*)
    • (Optional) Add a  gift card
      • You can select what type of gift card, how much you would like to contribute, and if collaborators can contribute, too!
    • Word Cloud
    • (Optional) Invite collaborators to sign the card

        • Add the names and emails of colleagues you'd like to contribute

        • They'll get a notification to add their message before the card is sent

If you do not chose to accept this by pressing the "+" icon, others will not be able to sign the card!

5. Select "review order" 

6. On the final page, you can add collaborators if you've chosen to include them! 

    • You'll also be prompted to add a collaborator invite date! This will be the day that your collaborators are allowed to start signing

8. Confirm payment information, and select Send!
