I thought Caroo sent Gift Cards if my recipients didn't redeem their physical gift - has this changed?
Yes! This has changed.
In response to feedback from both senders and recipients, Caroo has transitioned to a credit-based system. If your recipient does not redeem their gift within the verification window, they will receive an email allowing them to redeem a credit in their Caroo account. This change enables recipients to choose between gift cards or a physical gift, providing greater flexibility and personalization in their gifting experience.
