I haven't used my credit yet - why am I seeing a message that says it's been claimed?

If you haven't used your credit but see the message below when you click "Click here to apply this credit to your account now", don't worry!!

This message will show up if you have clicked on this link to claim your credit, even if you did not actually use the credit yet.

To use your credit if you're seeing this message, simply login using the email address correlated with your gift, and you can use it from there! To confirm your credit is in your account, go to your name in the top right hand corner >> select billing and settings >>click on billing. You should see the credit here!
