Why You’re Seeing a “Credit Already Claimed” Message
What to do if you haven’t used your credit but see a claimed message.
If you’re seeing a message that says your credit has already been claimed—but you haven’t used it yet—don’t worry! This just means the credit was successfully applied to your account, even if you haven’t spent it yet.
✅ What This Message Means
The “credit has been claimed” message appears once you’ve clicked the link to apply the credit to your account. It does not mean the credit is gone—just that it’s now saved to your profile.
🔍 How to Check if Your Credit Is Available
- log in using the email address your gift was sent to.
- Click your name in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Select Billing & Settings.
- Your available credit will appear in your account balance.
🔐 Trouble Logging In?
If you haven’t created a password yet:
- Visit the platform
- Enter your email and click “Forgot Password”.
- Follow the prompts to reset your password and access your account.
