I haven't used my credit yet - why am I seeing a message that says it's been claimed?

If you see the message below when you click "Click here to apply this credit to your account now" but haven't used your credit yet, there's no need to worry!

This message appears when you have initiated the process to claim your credit, even if you haven't actually utilized it.

To access your credit, simply log in using the email address associated with your gift. Once logged in, you can apply your credit. To verify that your credit is available in your account, click on your name in the top right corner, then select "Billing and Settings."
