How to Update My Address or Preferences

Need to change your shipping info or update how you'd like to be recognized? Here's how.

Keeping your information up to date ensures a smooth gifting experience and helps your team recognize you in ways that feel meaningful. Here’s how to make changes to your shipping address, Care Profile, and preferences.

✏️ To update your shipping address:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to your Profile (top right corner).
  3. Select "Addresses" or "Shipping Info".
  4. Click “Edit” to make changes, then save.

Updating your address does not change the destination of a gift you've already claimed. If you need to update the shipping address for an active order, contact support as soon as possible.

💡 To update your Care Profile or preferences:

  1. From your dashboard, go to your Care Profile tab.

  2. Here you can update:

    • Your gift preferences (e.g., types of gifts you enjoy)

    • Personal details (e.g., dietary restrictions, interests)

    • RecognitionDNA responses

  3. All updates save automatically or can be confirmed with a “Save” button at the bottom.

Your Care Profile helps others understand how you feel most appreciated—so keep it fresh!
