How to Track Orders and View Gratitude

Monitor gift activity, delivery status, and recipient appreciation—all in one place.

Once you’ve sent a gift, you can track everything from delivery progress to recipient feedback directly in your dashboard. Whether you're managing a single gift or a full campaign, our platform makes it easy to stay informed and measure impact.

📦 How to track your orders

  1. Navigate to the Orders tab

  2. Use filters to sort by:

    • Date range

    • Gift status (In Progress, Claimed, Delivered, etc.)

    • Collection or campaign

  3. Click into any order to view:

    • Gift type and delivery method

    • Claim or shipping status

    • Recipient email and contact info

💌 Where to view recipient gratitude

The Gratitude tab displays messages and ratings from recipients who’ve received their gifts.

You’ll see:

  • Submitted thank-you notes

  • Gift ratings (if included)

These insights help you understand the real impact of your recognition efforts and share appreciation moments with your team.
