How to Track Orders and View Recipient Activity

You can view order status, tracking details, and recipient activity directly from your Admin dashboard.

Viewing Order Status & Tracking

To check the status of a specific order:

  1. Log in to your Admin account.

    Navigate to the Orders tab.

  2. Click on the recipients on the specific order you'd like to review you’d like to review.

From the order details page:

  • If the gift has shipped, tracking information will appear here most of the time *please note that some of our vendors take time to connect with our system and this may not be the case for all gifts that have shipped - if you have specific questions about an individual or group please contact our team*

  • If no tracking is visible, the order has not shipped yet or tracking details are still processing.

  • Tracking updates once the carrier scans the package.

If you believe an order should have shipped but no tracking is available, please contact our team with the order number and we’ll review it.

Viewing Recipient Activity & Gratitude

To see whether recipients have redeemed their gift or left a thank-you message:

  1. Go you the Dashboard tab.

  2. Select Order Thanks under My Orders.
