How to Track Orders and View Gratitude
Monitor gift activity, delivery status, and recipient appreciation—all in one place.
Once you’ve sent a gift, you can track everything from delivery progress to recipient feedback directly in your dashboard. Whether you're managing a single gift or a full campaign, our platform makes it easy to stay informed and measure impact.
Note: These tracking features apply only to physical gifts. Gift card redemption status is not available
🧭 Where to Find Order Details
- Go to the Orders tab in your dashboard
- Use filters to sort by:
- Date range
- Recipient Name
- To view recipient-level info, including shipping details
- Click the recipient’s name or group name
- OR click the three dots next to the order and select "View Recipients"
From here, you’ll be able to view:
- Claim or shipping status
- Recipient email and contact information
⚠️ Heads up: Some of our vendor partners use shipping providers that aren’t currently supported by our platform. If tracking information appears limited or unavailable, it doesn’t necessarily mean the item hasn’t shipped. If you have concerns about a specific recipient’s order, feel free to reach out and we’ll be happy to help!
💌 How to View Recipient Gratitude
The Gratitude tab shows feedback from recipients who’ve received their gifts. You’ll see:
- Submitted thank-you notes
- Gift ratings (if available)
These insights help you understand the real impact of your recognition efforts and share appreciation moments with your team.
