How to Switch Between Teams (if applicable)

Quickly move between different teams or organizations using your shared login.

If you're part of multiple organizations using the platform—such as different departments, client accounts, or internal vs. external teams—you can easily switch between them without needing to log out if you have access. 

👣 How to switch teams

  1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of your dashboard
  2. In the dropdown, select “Switch Teams” or the current team name
  3. A list of teams you're part of will appear
  4. Click the team you’d like to switch into
  5. The dashboard will reload with that team’s data, contacts, and permissions

🧠 What happens when you switch?

  • You’ll see that team’s Dashboard, Contacts, Orders, and Gratitude
  • Any gifts you send will be associated with that team

If you need to be added to a new team, reach out to the team admin or your platform contact.

🔧 Troubleshooting

  • Don’t see the “Switch Teams” option? You may only be part of one team.

  • Switched, but data looks the same? Try refreshing the page to confirm the switch processed.

  • Permissions missing in one team? You may have different admin rights on each team.
