How to Schedule a Gift for the Future
Plan ahead and schedule recognition to arrive right on time.
Whether you’re celebrating an upcoming birthday, work anniversary, or welcome moment, the platform allows you to schedule gifts in advance—so no important milestone is ever missed.
🛠️ How to schedule a gift
- Go to your Dashboard and click Send a Gift
- Choose the recipient (individual or group)
- Select your gift type and collection (e.g. Recipient Choice, eCard)
- Write your message (optional)
- On the final step, select “Schedule for later”
- Choose the date and time you'd like the gift to be delivered
- Click Schedule
🔍 Where to find scheduled gifts
- Go to the Orders tab
- Filter by Scheduled status
- Click any order to view details, cancel, or reschedule (if the send date hasn't passed)
🔄 Can I change a scheduled gift?
Yes!
You can edit or cancel scheduled gifts anytime before the send date:
- Open the gift under the Orders tab
- Click Edit or Cancel
- Make your changes or stop the delivery entirely
