How to Resend a Gift Link

Easily resend a gift link if the original email was missed, lost, or expired.

If a recipient missed their gift email or can’t find their link, you can resend it—as long as the order is still open and unclaimed. Here’s how to do it:

🛠 How to resend a gift link

  1. Go to the Orders tab in your dashboard

  2. Find and click on the roster (group) associated with the order

  3. From there, locate the specific recipient in the list

  4. If the gift has not been claimed and the order is still open, you’ll see a “Resend Link” option next to their name

  5. Click Resend Link

  6. The system will send the recipient a new email with their gift link

📩 The gift link will remain the same—no new gift is created, and no additional charges are made.

🔍 If you don’t see the resend option

You’ll only see the Resend Link button if:

  • The recipient hasn’t claimed the gift yet

  • The order is still in an open or in-progress status

If the gift is already claimed, expired, or the order is closed, please contact our team for next steps.
