How Recipient Choice Works?

Let your recipients choose what they actually want—from a curated collection of high-quality gifts.

Recipient Choice is one of the most flexible and popular ways to send recognition. Instead of selecting a specific item, you empower the recipient to choose a gift that fits their preferences, interests, and lifestyle.

✨ What is Recipient Choice?

With this option, you send a digital gift link that opens up a personalized shopping experience. Recipients select from a pre-curated collection of gifts—ranging from physical products to digital gift cards.

You still choose the budget and collection; they choose the gift.

🛠 How it works

  1. You select a Recipient Choice collection (e.g. $50 Collection) when sending a gift

  2. Your recipient receives a link via email or text

  3. They click the link and browse gift options within the assigned budget

  4. They select their preferred gift, enter any shipping details if needed, and submit

  5. Once claimed, you can track status and feedback in your dashboard

📦 What do recipients see?

  • A branded gift landing page (no mention of pricing)

  • A curated list of high-perceived-value gifts

  • The ability to choose a digital or physical gift (depending on collection)

  • An option to leave a thank-you note

📅 How long do recipients have to choose?

Most Recipient Choice links stay active for a year unless otherwise specified. If the link expires before being claimed, the gift is marked as unclaimed in your dashboard.

Need to resend a link? You can do that from the Orders tab.
