If you received an email informing you of a credit, you can redeem it at any time by clicking the link in the email that reads, "Click here to apply this credit to your account now."
Once you click the link, your credit will be instantly applied to your account, which is created using the email address associated with your credit redemption.
From this page, simply:
1. Go to app.caroo.com
2. Make sure you're logged in with your email address
3. From here, you can claim your credit!
