How to Edit or Cancel a Scheduled Gift

Scheduled gifts make it easy to plan recognition in advance—but if something changes, you can always edit the details or cancel the gift entirely before it’s delivered.   Here’s how to do it.

You can cancel an order at any time as long as the order window isn't already open.

🛠 How to edit a scheduled gift

  1. Go to your Orders tab

  2. Use filters or search to locate the gift with a “Scheduled” status

  3. Click on the gift to open the order details

  4. Select “Edit”

  5. From here, you can update:

    1. Recipient name or email

    2. Message

    3. Gift type or collection

    4. Scheduled date

  6. Click Save Changes

❌ How to cancel a scheduled gift

  1. Follow steps 1–3 above to open the order

  2. Click “Cancel Gift”

  3. Confirm your cancellation when prompted

Once canceled:

  • The gift will not be sent

  • The order will be marked as Canceled in your Orders tab

  • No charges or fulfillment actions will occur

If your order is already open and you are hoping to cancel this will be at our discretion. We may cancel the order in full or in part, and refund full or partial amount as account credit.
