You can cancel an order at any time as long as the order window isn't already open.
To cancel your order go to:
1. "Orders"
2. Find the Order you're looking to cancel
3. Select the three dots to the right
4. Click "view/edit order
"
5. Select the "billing" section
6. Scroll down and select select "click here" next to cancel
7. click "confirm cancellation"
If your order is already open and you are hoping to cancel this will be at Caroo's discretion. We may cancel the order in full or in part, and refund full or partial amount as account credit.
