# How to Download Order Details

## Easily export recipient and order data for review, reporting, or record-keeping.

To export order data, go to the Orders tab on your dashboard, click the three dots (⋮) next to any order, select View Recipients, then click Download Order Data to save a .csv file with recipient names, gift choices, status, and delivery info.

 

## How to export order data

### Step-by-step instructions

1. **Access your Orders tab** 
     1. Log in to your account
     2. Click on the **Orders** tab from your dashboard
2. **Choose the order you need** 
     1. Find the order you’d like to export
     2. Click the **three dots** (⋮) next to the order
3. **View recipient details** 
     1. Select **“View Recipients”** from the dropdown menu
     2. This opens the full list of recipients and their gift status
4. **Download the data** 
     1. Click **“Download Order Data”** to export a .CSV file with recipient names, gift choices (if applicable), status, and delivery info

Exporting order data lets you track gift statuses, support internal reporting, and share recognition impact with leadership — all from a single downloadable `.csv` file.
