Yes! You can update your Branded Recipient Experience at any time—even while your order is open.

When you make a change, it will automatically apply to all recipients with access to an active order. This means recipients viewing their gift link after your branding is updated will see the new look and feel—no extra steps required.

These updates apply in real-time across all currently open gift windows.

⚠️ Good to Know

  • Changes do not retroactively affect recipients who have already claimed their gifts.
