RecognitionDNA Visibility & Privacy Settings
Control who can view your RecognitionDNA insights—and how to update your settings.
Overview
By default, your RecognitionDNA is visible to your teammates to help foster connection and support more personalized recognition. If you’ve opted to keep your profile private, others won’t be able to view your RecognitionDNA until you change your visibility settings.
How to Update Your Privacy Settings
To allow your teammates to view your RecognitionDNA results:
- Click your name in the top-right corner.
- Select Profile & Preferences from the dropdown.
- Navigate to the About section.
- Scroll to the toggle labeled Private / Public.
- Switch it to Public to make your RecognitionDNA visible.
ℹ️ What “Public” Does (and Doesn’t) Mean
-
✅ Visible: Only your RecognitionDNA results—insights that help others understand how you like to be recognized.
-
❌ Not visible: Your home address, contact info, and other personal profile fields remain private.
