Why Can’t I See Any Gifts?
If your gift page looks empty, here’s what might be going on—and how to fix it.
If you’ve clicked your gift link but aren’t seeing any available gift options, don’t worry—it’s usually a simple fix. Here are the most common reasons and what you can do next.
🔍 Possible Reasons & Fixes
- The gift link expired or was already used
Each gift link is unique and can typically only be used once. If you’ve already claimed the gift or waited too long, the page may no longer be active. - You're accessing the gift from a restricted region
If you’re in a country or region we don’t currently ship to, your gift options may be filtered or hidden.
What to do: Gifts sent to Canada will only show Canadian-compatible options. Let your sender know if you’re in a location that might require alternate fulfillment.
- You're using a work device or browser with blockers
Sometimes ad blockers or browser settings can interfere with how the gift page loads.
What to do: Try opening the link on a different device or browser, or disable extensions like ad blockers temporarily.
