Why am I receiving an "Invalid Token" error?

We're so sorry you're running into an issue claiming your gift. To start, make sure that the window for selecting your verifying your information is still valid! This information can be found in the email received to claim your gift.

If you're clicking the link within your redemption period and it's still not working, we recommend trying the following:

  1. Try opening the link in "incognito mode" 
    1. Go to your email
    2. Right click on the link
    3. Select "Open Link in Incognito Window"
