If you received a gift from your company, team, or a colleague—congrats! 🎁 Claiming it is quick and easy. Whether it’s a digital gift card, a product you get to choose, or something already selected for you, this guide walks you through the process.

Open your gift email
Look for a message from us with your unique gift link. Click “Claim Your Gift” to get started. -
Enter your shipping details
You'll be asked to enter your name and shipping address first -
Explore your gift
- If it’s a Recipient Choice gift, you’ll browse a curated collection and pick your favorite
- If it’s a gift card, you’ll select a retailer and get your code instantly via email
- If a gift was pre-selected, you’ll see the item and confirmation screen right away
- Submit and you’re done!
Once you’ve completed your selection, you’ll see a confirmation message and receive an email with tracking (if applicable).

- Your gift link is unique to you—don’t forward it to others
- Be sure to claim your gift before it expires (if a deadline is set)
- Check your spam or promotions folder if you didn’t receive the email
- If you're in Canada, you’ll only see gifts available for Canadian shipping
