How to Claim a Gift

Received a gift? Here’s how to view your options and get it delivered!

If you received a gift from your company, team, or a colleague—congrats! 🎁 Claiming it is quick and easy. Whether it’s a digital gift card, a product you get to choose, or something already selected for you, this guide walks you through the process.

🛍️ Step-by-step: How to claim your gift

  1. Open your gift email
    Look for a message from us with your unique gift link. Click “Claim Your Gift” to get started.

  2. Enter your shipping details
    You'll be asked to enter your name and shipping address first

  3. Explore your gift

    1. If it’s a Recipient Choice gift, you’ll browse a curated collection and pick your favorite
    2. If it’s a gift card, you’ll select a retailer and get your code instantly via email
    3. If a gift was pre-selected, you’ll see the item and confirmation screen right away
  4. Submit and you’re done!
    Once you’ve completed your selection, you’ll see a confirmation message and receive an email with tracking (if applicable).

  • Your gift link is unique to you—don’t forward it to others
  • Be sure to claim your gift before it expires (if a deadline is set)
  • Check your spam or promotions folder if you didn’t receive the email
  • If you're in Canada, you’ll only see gifts available for Canadian shipping
